My new project...
Yes ladies thats right!
As part of one of my modules (Professional event solutions) as a team we were given a client to host an event for.
My group was presented with The Princes Trust an extremely worth while and brilliant charity. We got to work straight away and drafted up some event ideas to raise a minimum of £2,500 squids!
I came up with the idea of a naked calendar for the university. We looked at what our university valued the most and agreed the sports teams would be getting their kit of for charity!
The event will consist of 3 parts the photoshoots, the launch event and the sales drive. The calendar will be academic and will launch on April 12th at Leeds Met Student Union. Which will be buzzing with local press, sponsors and participants. A great memoir for university students and perfect to sell to new students at the freshers fair in September.
We are currently busy organising our 21 photo shoots as the calendar will acts as a back to back male and female calendar. With key sporting and university dates included.
